Hosted by the Univerza v Mariboru, the two-day meeting (13–14 October 2025) brought together partners from across Europe to discuss progress, share insights, and plan the next steps toward shaping responsible and trustworthy AI for democratic societies.
- Day 1 focused on internal collaboration — from project progress and policy recommendations to communication planning and ethical oversight — featuring contributions from all partners and the Ethics Advisory Board.
- Day 2, the meeting opened to the public for the joint event:
- AI, Democracy, and the Public Interest: Building Resilient Digital Futures — with speakers from SOLARIS, AI4Gov, TWON, and MEDViEW.
