Objectives 

1.    Create an inventory of systems, people, branches of business, etc. that will be affected by the presence of attackers with sufficiently powerful quantum computers to break established cryptography.
2.    Study the impact of the adoption of QSC (Quantum-Safe Cryptography) standards on the economic affordability of QSC technology.

Contribution to project

This WP forms the technical backbone of Use Case 1. It contributes an inventory report and an impact analysis report that will feed into the ethical, legal and policy frameworks explored in WPs 2, 3 and 4. By co-creating these reports with Banks and Ministries, the WP will also impact external stakeholders and contribute to the wide awareness of the importance of both public and private investments in responsible QSC research and innovation.
