Objectives 

(1)    Map the organisations which are involved in the Dutch migration to quantum-safe systems, with a focus on (inter)dependencies. Identify the emergent gaps and tensions, and analyse how they shape QSC policy development.

(2)    Analyse a working group within a large, complex organisation as it plans its own migration to quantum-safe systems and promotes the wider Dutch migration to quantum-safe systems. Identify gaps and tensions, and analyse the significance of these for future QSC policy.

Contribution to project

This work package contributes analyses from societal and organisational perspectives which will feed into the ethical, legal and policy frameworks explored in WPs 2, 3 and 4. As this WP involves stakeholders from research, industry, civil society and the government, it will also contribute to cross-stakeholder awareness of the requirements of responsible migration to quantum-safe systems.
