New QISS research papers

 

Our QISS researchers have published several articles on responsible quantum technology and innovation. Most recently, Laima Jančiūtė argues in International Cybersecurity Law Review about the relevance of the precautionary approach to strengthening ICT security requirements and adopting quantum-resistant precautionary measures. Eline de Jong has now several articles available in pre-print, two written together with Sebastian de Haro, that concern the nature of technological understanding and the ethics readiness of technology.  Eline also has already several articles published on responsible quantum technology focusing on defining principles and arguing for a methodological framework.
